  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer International Shipping. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply for international orders.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed the same day of receiving the order (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 4 PM IST] will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Timelines

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within [3-7 business days].

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the total order value:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹150 applicable on orders below Rs 1500.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping for orders above Rs 1500
  • Express Shipping: Extra charges applicable as per order quantity.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment on our shipping partner website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an incorrect address is provided, delivery delays or additional charges may occur.
  • Missed Delivery: If delivery is missed, our courier partners will attempt a redelivery or provide instructions for pickup. Redelivery will be attempted once only; customers are requested to cooperate with the shipping partner.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] with pictures of the package and its contents.
