1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are NOT applicable for all products. A return request may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are intact
  • The product is eligible for return as per product category

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable / Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Items without any manufacturing defect or damage

👉 For non-defective products, returns and refunds are not applicable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Approval and Instructions: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Shipping the Item: Pack the product securely and ship it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Product is returned after approval and fails quality inspection
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Item is unavailable after order confirmation

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Customer preference issues
  • Change of mind
  • Size, color, or design preference
  • Products without any defect

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

4. Exchanges

We offer exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

Once approved, a replacement product will be dispatched.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
